Michael J. Gross, LLC provides practical training, selective consulting, and internal auditing for organizations using ISO and IATF management systems to meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements.

The primary focus of the business is professional training in management system implementation, internal auditing, and risk-based improvement. Training helps professionals understand how requirements are applied in real operations, how systems are evaluated for effectiveness, and how improvement decisions are made within normal business constraints. The emphasis is on execution and sound judgment rather than clause memorization or template-driven systems.

Training is delivered through live instructor-led and e-learning formats covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, ISO 31000 Risk Management, and Management System Internal Auditor programs.

In addition to training, Michael J. Gross, LLC provides selective consulting and internal auditing for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and related management system standards. This work is intentionally limited to keep training grounded in current audit practices and real certification outcomes.

With more than 35 years of experience, largely in manufacturing and automotive environments, the business brings strong understanding of disciplined system execution, automotive core tools, and data-based problem solving.
